Shipping Information

Please find below detailed information about our shipping rates, delivery times and regions. If you have ordered items with different lead times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Our delivery times depend on the country of the customer. However, the delivery time may differ for special sizes.

Domestic Delivery (Standard)

Central Europe (CEU)

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland

Delivery time: 2 - 6 days

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom* (regarding possible duty regulations, check International Shipping below)

Delivery time: 2 - 8 days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CALITAR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. This may also affect the delivery time.
